Achievements
Here are some of the many achievements and awards in almost 30 years in the Artist’s carrier.
1991
– The Royal Order of Cyprus as well as the Istituto Internazionale di Cultura, Scienze e Arti of Rome attributes two prizes to Antonio Natale.
1992
– Amnesty International commissions Antonio Natale to create three panels and several posters for their Human Rights Campaign.
– The City Hall of Rome, during the XXIII edition of the European Day awards Antonio Natale with the “Oscar dei giovani ‘92” prize, in the presence of high political authorities of the Italian Capital and National Press.
1995
– Antonio Natale joins the artistic group “Ossimori” created in December 1989 in Spain and active between Granada and Foggia. This group advertises several artistic and cultural activities in Europe and helps realize artwork thanks to the collaboration of several artists who have the possibility to express themselves through a superposition of signs, forms and colors.
1996
– The Cabinet of Ancient Engravings of Bagnacavallo (Ravenna) buys some xylography works of Antonio Natale.
– He starts an intense collaboration with the Art Space of Nishinomiya (Japan) and the Maison du Grand Nord of Lompret (France).
1997
– The University of Foggia buys him six art works for the President of the Faculty of Law.
– The Office of Tourism of Leysin (Switzerland) commissions a painting that is used as an advertising poster to promote the ski resort.
1998
– He wins first prize in the National Competition of Advertising in Rome for his poster called “Cieco”.
– Antonio Natale joins in Florence the many important Artists listed since 1946 in the prestigious Repertorio Nazionale di Xylographia.
2000
– Antonio is invited by the City of Bronzolo (Bolzano) to join the Centro di Documentazione dell’Illustrazione Contemporanea Italiana, Tedesca, Svizzera e Austriaca.
– The Brown-Forman Corporation of Louisville (Kentucky, USA) adds Antonio Natale’s Art work to his private Art Collection.
– The Belgian Artist Bernd Reichert selects Antonio Natale, the only Italian participant amongst eighteen International Artists for the realization of the book “Bizarre Cities”
2002
– Antonio is mandated by the prestigious Académie de Grenoble to achieve five drawings for the revue “Lire au Lycée Professionnel”.
– The Agency of Prevention of Blindness of Rome commissions Antonio to realize a poster for the commemoration of the 150th anniversary of the death of Louis Braille.
2003
– The Field Study of Geelong (Australia) asks Antonio to collaborate, alongside other artists, to the realization of the book “Wipe”.
– Antonio is invited as Special Guest to participate in the TV show Uno Mattina on the Italian channel RAIUNO.
2005– Igor Righetti interviews Antonio in his show Il Comunicattivo on Radio RAIUNO.
..- The Artistic Commission of the Casa Italiana Zerilli-Marimo of New York University choses the Artist for a personal exhibition in June 2007.
2007
– He joins the Centro di Documentazione Eventi du PAN (Palazzo delle Arti di Napoli).
2009
– In September he starts his collaboration with Minerva Fine Art SA in Paris and in Geneva.
2010
– Antonio is selected by Professoressa Miriam Mirolla, organizer of the 55th Premio Termoli, to participates in the National Contemporary Art Exhibition « IMAGO » held at the Galeria Civica di arte contemporanea of Termoli.
2011
– The Ministry of Culture of Brazil commands an exhibition of Antonio’s Art Work to be shown in San Paolo, Rio de Janeiro and Buzios.
2013
– November 2013, he starts an exclusive collaboration with Christine Ruiz-Kerendi. His art work is exposed at 9, Rue De-Candolle Geneva / Switzerland in their “Small Museum”
– The Sheikh Zayed Museum of Abu Dhabi, as well as the Contemporary Museum of Art in Dubai acquire 80 paintings for their private collection.
2015
– Antonio is recognized as “The Artist of Banknotes” as in the book of Isabel Capeloa Gil and Helena Gonçalves Da Silva «The Cultural Life of Money».
2016
– Guido Pensato, the great Italian master and art critic calls Antonio Natale “The Instigator of the Mediterranean Pop Art”
– Antonio exposes in the most important Financial place in Switzerland with his “Restorer of Value” Exhibition at the SIX Convention Point of the Swiss Stock Exchange in Zurich.
2017
– Antonio Natale receives the Argos Hippium Prize of Italy. He becomes the first painter in History to receive this prestigious prize for the pride and honour he has bestowed at an International level to his country.
– Antonio Natale exposes for the UNESCO and Lions Club International at the Art Foundation of Banca Dei Monti Uniti in Italy for Women’s Rights.
2018
– The European Parliament in Brussels presents Antonio Natale’s artworks, sponsored by Mrs. Vivane Reding, Member of Parliament and Ex-Vice President of the European Commission, in an exhibition intitled “Histoires de Roses, de Papillons et de Silences” in honor of Women’s Rights.
– Antonio Natale exhibits at the Manoir de Cologny – Part of the Museum Pole of Geneva – with two VIP events gathering over 250 top personalities.
2020
– Antonio Natale wins the Golden Palette Award of the 4th International Arts Awards Lugano
2021
– Antonio Natale wins the Special Prize of the Mellow Art Awards in Asia. He was selected out of 13000 other artist submissions.
– Antonio Natale features on the cover of Ozero Komo Luxury Magazine promoting the Italian Excellence in Russia and the rest of the world.
– Antonio presents a Puma GT 1600 Classic Car of 1978 bearing one of his paintings on 30 Brazilian banknotes at the Concorso d’Eleganza Event 2021 in Lugano.
– Antonio is featured in Excellence Luxury Magazine.
– The Swiss Logistic Center Art Gallery features Antonio Natale in a solo exhibition entitled “BANKNAUTS”
– Magnus Editions edits Antonio Natale’s latest Art book.
– Antonio becomes the first artist worldwide to have registered a classic art car on Blockchain and NFT through the Motor Chain Platform.
– Antonio is the host of a VIP Gala dinner event at The Swiss Logistics Center with many important names of the Art world, journalists and Art critics, as well as Fine Art Collectors and Royalty.
– Antonio exhibits at the WOPART 2021 Art fair in Lugano, gathering International galleries and experts from the world over around Art works on paper.
2022
– Antonio was featured at the YouNique Art and Design Fair in Lugano sponsored by OLG International.
– Antonio was featured in the ART TALKS Magazine‘s Special LOVE edition for Valentine’s Day 2022
– Antonio Natale inaugurated his new exhibition at Safe Capital Management SA headquarters in Lugano. This exhibition entitles “The Artist of Banknotes ” will be on going until the end of the year.
– Antonio was featured in the Italians of Geneva magazine “La Voce di Ginevra“
– Antonio was honored with a new article about his art in LIVE IN magazine, a tribune for arts and cuture in Italy and Switzerland.
– Antonio exhibited once again at the Casino du Lac Geneva during his VIP Event “Money Talks Exhibition”.
– Sponsored by OLG International and invited by Count and Countess UVA, Antonio exhibited his artwork at a VIP event gathering 100 of the most prestigious personalities of Switzerland and Italy at Villa Sormani in Massiglia near Milano. His car entitled Capitan B. was also exhibited with it’s original painting on Brazilian banknotes.
– Antonio started a partnership with Wise.Art SA (WiseKey SA) for a series of NFTs to be auctioned.
– Antonio launches his first NFT through Wise.Art platform dedicated to the women of Iran and their battle for freedom
– The ADMO Foundation choses Antonio’s painting “HE-ART”as symbol for their 30th anniversary
– The “VIVE LA FRANCE!” NFT of Antonio Natale features on the NASDAQ tower in NYC
2023
– Antonio wins the Gold in the Art category of the Wise.art International NFT Excellence Awards held at the World Economic Forum In Davos
– Safe Capital Management in Lugano honors Antonio with another exhibition
– Antonio exhibits at the Cryptoverse Island NFT Exhibition in Malaga Spain
– Antonio’s Gold winning NFT is projected on the NASDAQ Tower in Times Square.
– YouNique Fine Art District Fair – Lugano is hosting ANTONIO NATALE at Villa Ciani in this first edition of the Fair.
– Antonio donates his NFT entitled “INSIDE MARE NOSTRUM” to the Nuevo Hogar Betania Foundation as contribution for their fight against human trafficking.
– The artist’s NFT for The Nuevo Hogar Beatnia Foundation is projected on the NASDAQ Tower in NYC.
– Art for Health Exhibition in favor of Smile Train Foundation in collaboration with the UN and the WHO features ANTONIO NATALE, his art and his creation of limited Grand Cru Chapelle Chambertin Bourgogne wine bottles for this charity event.
2024
– Once more, the Artist of Banknotes is featured on the NASDAQ Tower in NYC with a series of his new NFT collection “Kaleidoscopes”.
– Banknote Art Concept (Australia) honors Antonio with an impressive article and interview.
– Antonio starts a collaboration with Banknote Art Concept for a World-first International Tour of their Art collection.
– TAA – The Art Association includes Antonio in their Artists for Peace 2024 Anthology and makes Antonio a member of this prestigious association promoting Peace through Art.
– The Concorso d’Eleganza of Lugano celebrates Antonio’s Puma GTE of 1978.
